As an entrepreneur for over 20 years, I deal with business matters on a daily basis. Managing a team, I am deeply involved in the thought process of employees and their concerns across business lines, roles, and sectors. I look to train and guide using empathy, expression, and hands-on learning. I believe training is a two-way street and I have as much to gain from those I work with as they do.
